roadrunner question

I'm having to set up roadrunner on linux for the first time, and have a
couple of questions:

1.
Is the information on the siglinux web page correct and up-to-date?
(locutus.csres.utexas.edu/siglinux/roadrunner)

2.
What is rrlogind-2.2 ?  It isn't mentioned in the text on the page, which
seems to imply that the only things which are needed are the DHCP client
and rrd.
