Look in /etc/ppp and in /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts.

If you're lazy like me, just use netconf, go to the ppp configuration tool
there.  Just remember that Red Hat broke a perfectly functional (albeit 
ugly) ppp tool between 6.0 and 6.1.  You need to put 'noauth' in the PPP
options entry in netconf.
