I can back that up though; a couple of my friends have been shut down by
RR.... serving MP3s is pretty heavy load, but they also seem to be very
inconsistent about their enforcement. One friend got shut down, told them
he was sorry, and put the server back up, and hasnt been bothered for
about 4 months...
