want to buy a notebook

Does anyone have a laptop for sale or know a 
good place to get a used one?  I've spent all
night searching websites and can't find much
in the way of cheap AMD-type systems.  CompUSA,
Best Buy, and Circuit City weren't any help either.
I just need a portable for work and don't want it as my main
system.
