I second the recommendation of TeraTerm.  It's got a nice terminal
emulation, the TTSSH plugin works, and it's Free (as in speech)
software.  The only drawback, in my mind, is the slighly ackward
configuration (be sure to save config after you tweak).

(plus, how can you resist X-style cut-n-paste??)
