I'd like to second Thomas' comments (although with a little less
venom).  I finally got used to the idea that if I wanted to post to
the list I'd have to do it from my work machine, but replying to other
list messages (which get sent to my home machine) is complicated by
the fact that if I want to quote the message I have to cut and paste
from one term into another.  

As I've stated before, I understand the purpose of orbs, but if it
hampers the free communication that email is supposed to foster, then
we've thrown the baby out with the bathwater.
