libwraster is included with the windowmaker source, at least until 0.61.1.

~ @ dualpro: locate libwraster
/usr/local/lib/libwraster.so.1.2.0
/usr/local/lib/libwraster.so.1
/usr/local/lib/libwraster.so
/usr/local/lib/libwraster.la
/usr/local/lib/libwraster.a
/usr/src/WindowMaker-0.61.1/wrlib/.libs/libwraster.so.1.2.0
/usr/src/WindowMaker-0.61.1/wrlib/.libs/libwraster.so.1
/usr/src/WindowMaker-0.61.1/wrlib/.libs/libwraster.so
/usr/src/WindowMaker-0.61.1/wrlib/.libs/libwraster.a
/usr/src/WindowMaker-0.61.1/wrlib/.libs/libwraster.lai
/usr/src/WindowMaker-0.61.1/wrlib/.libs/libwraster.la
/usr/src/WindowMaker-0.61.1/wrlib/libwraster.la

It's probably better that I don't send you mine b/c I didn't do the
default windowmaker compile and I don't know if it affects libwraster.
Also make sure you have libPropList.
