I have used this kind of stuf ftogether before -- there shouldnt be any
problems, just make some active partition for w2k, install it there ,
change your active partition back to linux, go there , and add lines
other=/dev/hdx ( where hdx is your win2k parttion)
label = win2k
#lilo
Only the problem you might run into, is, if your lilo is in mbr, not in
first sector of active partition, you might want to configure lilo first,
and then install win2k.
