Hi guys,

I had some very strange problems with networksolutions these days. I just
want to know if you guys had the similiar situation ...

One of my domains registered with networksolutions was hosted by the DNS
service "www.myinternet.com". Yesterday, "www.myinternet.com" suddenly
send me email telling me that this domain has been moved out of their
service. I check the whois database and the DNS servers for that domain
were changed to ns1.domainname.com and ns2.domainname.com. But I did not
do anything!

Then I went through the email update process in networksolutions and tried
to change the DNS servers back to the myinternet.com servers. I got
automatic confirmation from them telling me that the request had been
processed successfully and it will take effect after the whois update. But
after the whois update, nothing has changed.

I wonder what is wrong here? BTW, what is the procedure I need to go
through if I want to transfer the domain registration from
networksoltions to some other registration providers?

Thanks
Michael
