Not necessarily.  If you have a preexisting windows partition *and* empty
space at the end of your drive then RH will automagically partition the
empty space (and any other ext2 partitiongs you have floating around),
install a workstation set of packages and twiddle LILO to boot both OSes.

If you had your entire disk partitioned with a windows filesystem and
didn't use fips or some other partition changing tool prior to install you
may have wiped out your entire windows world.

If you did make space then you simply need to discover what partition
holds windows and tell LILO about it.  In linux run the command fdisk
<dev> -l and look for the partition that's not ext2, linux, or linux swap.  
<dev> is your hard disk device, /dev/hda for your master primary IDE disk,
etc.

Then follow Paul's directions for updating LILO.
