If you are talking about the official OpenBSD release, I'm pretty sure you
have to purchase that, or you could borrow a copy from someone who has (I
only have 2.7). If you want an unofficial ISO, check here:
ftp://ftp.zedz.net/pub/varia/OpenBSD.iso/
No guarantees, I haven't had the time to download and try it out.
