I am in the middle of upgading to the new SSH myself. I went to
Openssh.org and went to the download section. from there, I went to the
"portable openssh" section (in a somewhat hidden link at the top right corner
of the download page) From there, I was able to download openssl
(dependancy) and openssh tarballs. they are compiling just fine on my Ultra 2
right as I am typing this.
