My roommate got an e-mail yesterday from some 'official' on campus regarding
*one* mp3 his machine had shared through one of these p2p programs...
letter threatened discliplinary action and ultimately legal action if the
file wasn't removed from 'public' availability - when did TIS start
censoring the network / enforcing DMCA compliance?
[above and beyond the usual bandwidth monitoring that's been around for years]

bah...
