I have a NEC Versa 6230 With Pentium 233 MMX, 128 megs ram, 13.3" LCD, 2 megs of video ram, 4 gig hard drive, no cdrom, but a 1.44 floppy. It all works, including a 10mbit 3com etherlink card. It's already got Redhat 7.1 running on it. I'd be willing to let it go for $500 O.B.O. Let the list know if you find a better deal though. This one is just sitting here collecting dust. Oh yeah, comes with relatively used carrying bag, if you want it.

Subject: [Siglinux] Laptop for linux

I'm looking to buy an old p200-266mHz laptop to run linux on.  I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions on what brand i should look for and any places in austin that might sell some cheap reliable notebooks.

Thanks,
Benjamin Bradley
