You are more than welcome to come by and I'll make you copies of SuSE 7.3
or 8.0.  The hw detection \ X-setup is pretty damn stellar.

They both come with gcc 2.95, and the experimental 3.0.

I'll even be here 'til at least 1.0a if you're that frustrated with RH ;-)
