I haven't ever made it to an installfest so I can't remember the details. What's the time and place info? I'd like to help out and I can bring some distro CDs.
weston ps I have a few blank CDRs which distros are the best for such an event? I have experience and CDs for Debian, Redhat, and Gentoo. Gentoo seems like a long haul for an afternoon (especially on a slow machine) so it may be best to leave it at home - I don't know. Suggestions?
