I was wondering if someone could answer one of my q's about installing Linux... I was planning on installing it on my desktop PC which is already loaded with XP.  I was planning on choosing the option "use free space on Windows partition" on the 'Linux Mandrake' CD, but I wanted to know what exactly this "resizing" does.  Does it create another partition?  Or just uses unused free space?  Can i revert back to my XP with all previiously available memory if I were to uninstall? I'd appreciate it if someone who knows what I'm talking about will e-mail me back... Thanks.
