There's also a shareware jpg-to-pdf converter - jpg2pdf. http://www.sanface.com/jpg2pdf.html I've used it to convert scanned hardware manuals to pdf, with very good results. The big plus is that it collects and collates all those jpegs to a single file. Done right, it also greatly reduces the total size without hosing the quality. I am not affiliated yadda yadda yadda.
