Well, an audio CD is not just a CD-ROM with wav files on it. There are things like a table of contents and the song format is more specific than ``wav''. Your burning software doco should have some information on how to do this. I use cdrdao, and typically you create a table of contents file, which contains filenames of wav files and some other information. Some burning software is only for creating data CDs.
