p.p.s. by accident I discoverd that there is somethign called m-x hippie-expand. Cool, maaaahhhn, dude! Anyone know what this is for?
I didn't know about it either.
Apparently, if you type a few letters in a word, then run hippie-expand, it will expand the word to the full word based upon what you've already written in the buffer.
So if you use the word "proclamation" a lot in a buffer, you can type just "proc" then run hippie-expand, etc.
Kind of cool. There is probably something similar for programming I am not aware of that parses header files and so on.
