Reply-To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

(Sent on behalf of Mike Coyne, ITS Help Desk Operations Manager)

Colleagues,

ITS User Services has created a new mailing list named linux-talk to
facilitate communication within the University Linux community. This
group is an appropriate forum for questions of system administration,
security, program preferences, technical sources, bug fixes and the
like.

Subscription to the list is open to all, and it accepts postings from
subscribers only.

To subscribe, send a plain-text e-mail message to

[EMAIL PROTECTED]

The text of the message should be

subscribe linux-talk <your name>

where <your name> has been replaced with your actual name. It picks up
your e-mail address from the mail headers.

See <http://www.utexas.edu/its/mailinglists/answers/> for additional
information.
