Typing that error message into google, I can see that exact message a
lot.  Most of them relate to bad hard drives, or it not being able to
find a bootloader. It seems safe to say that the problem is before it
gets to the bootloader.  Since it installed OK, it seems likely that
the hard drive is OK.

So, where does this leave us?  Maybe the bootloader was installed in
the first partition of the second hard drive, instead of the MBR.
So-- this doesn't leave many options.  "reinstall the bootloader"
doesn't sound very fun, nor does "chainload to the first partition" or
"reinstall fedora".  

I'll see if I can think of anything else tomorrow.  Does this ring a
bell to anyone here?
