Hi Marcel, Nobody is working on it, so you're welcome to it. However you should be aware that there appear to be two completely different versions of the Velleman PS3005D. Neither is made by Velleman, and the protocols have nothing in common. More info here: http://www.eevblog.com/forum/testgear/power-supply-ps3005d-ka3005d-rs232-protocol/ What we need is: 1. A driver for the rebadged Korad KA3005D, which has the protocol currently documented on the wiki page you linked to. 2. A patch for our atten-pps3xxx driver which recognizes and supports the rebadged Atten PPS3005, and has been tested with it. So which sigrok driver you work on depends on which version you have. In any case we don't have pictures of the internals, so if you can open your unit and uploads some PCB shots to the wiki that would help a lot. Any way to identify which version the unit is from the outside would also be very helpful. -- Bert Vermeulen [email protected] email/xmpp ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Infragistics Professional Build stunning WinForms apps today!
