Have you tried running PulseView outside of the VM — on Windows or Linux?
(also, sorry for misdirecting this question and flooding the mailing list)
10:16, October 15, 2015, jry <jry...@gmail.com>:
I'm testing PulseView on Windows 7 x64 and Linux Mint 17.2 x86 inside VMwarewith this clone: http://sigrok.org/wiki/MCU123_USBee_AX_Pro_clone
USB vendor/device IDs are set to Saleae Logic.
Sigrok framework on linux is compiled from latest git source code.
Windows version is nightly build from Sigrok website.
Device works without any problem with Saleae software including 24MHz sampling rate.
With Sigrok (both Linux and Windows versions) it works so-so for lower sampling
rates, but I'm getting "Device only sent XYZ samples." for higher samplerate.
I'm able to reproduce this problem even with lower sampling rates but I must
sample for several seconds.
I'm attaching logs from these commands:
sigrok-cli -d fx2lafw -c samplerate=4M --time 1000 --loglevel 5 -o d:\out.sr 2>d:\4m.txt
sigrok-cli -d fx2lafw -c samplerate=8M --time 1000 --loglevel 5 -o d:\out.sr 2>d:\8m.txt
Do you have any idea what could be wrong and how can I help to fix it?
