Have you seen the documentation files in the source tree's root
directory? The answer is given there already.
This is OpenSource, where development is done in public. Push
your code to a public git repository, and let the IRC channel
(preferred) or the mailing list (also possible) know the
location. You may receive feedback that results in further
iterations of your submission -- that's why a public repo is
much preferred over sending copies of files of unknown state
around.
