I was interested in adding the following oscilloscope
https://sigrok.org/wiki/Agilent_54600_Series to sigrok. But after
cloning & building 4 git repositories just to get started I have no idea
where to begin. I have yet to find a the other Agilent oscilloscope
drivers (only an Agilent DMM so far). Supposedly there should be at
least one other Agilent oscilloscopes supported as part of the current
sigrok distribution.
Pointers to a nice overview to answer questions such as which sigrok GIT
repository needs to be changed to add the Agilent 54622D oscilloscope
would a be great start. And later how to connect the digital data from
the Agilent 54622D oscilloscope to existing I2C and other protocol
decoders.
Right now, it is likely much easier to add to simpler GIT project such
as this one (https://github.com/kiwih/agilent-rs232) to get all the
digital logic features of the Agilent 54622D.
