Fine, if you say it helps: I assign to you the task to review
these submissions. Now go and do it.
And no, I don't believe that doing a review requires commit
access to a repo. All it takes is read access, and everyone
has that already.
Don't get where that idea originates that only commiters can do
reviews. It's a strange perspective in my view. But might
perfectly explain the current state of the project. Does for me.
