I just looked at the docs: http://sikuli.org/docx/keys.html
and I admit, there should be some examples ;-)
# close a window in Windows
type(Key.F4, KEY_ALT)
# type ctrl-alt-esc
type(Key.ESC, KEY_CTRL + KEY_ALT)
or equivelant
type(Key.ESC, KEY_CTRL | KEY_ALT)
