RaiMan proposed the following answer:
Using the standard Windows 32Bit version of Sikuli on both Windows
should work. On Win7 64Bit you need the 32-Bit Java environment being
installed in parallel.
My Win7 64Bit version of Sikuli X 1.0 rc2
(https://files.me.com/rhocke/g189zz) should work.
