--- use Sikuli-IDE.bat instead of .exe or desktop link
--- more info about your installation and error symptoms?
--- on a command line enter:
java -jar path-to-sikuli-script.jar -i
this should give you an interactive Sikuli session.
There enter
print capture()
talk about what happens - paste error messages.
