this is not a any problem of jar's.

Inside Eclipse you some how manage to run with a 32-Bit Java version.

But when testing your jar outside, you have a 64-Bit version of Java
running - which is not possible yet with standard Sikuli.

You need a JRE 6 32-Bit.
