RaiMan proposed the following answer:
mouseMove(Pattern(image).targetOffset(x,y))
would do that.
or
find(Pattern(image).targetOffset(x,y))
click(getLastMatch())
The offset can be evaluated and set in the IDE's Preview window (click
on thumbnail)
