you need to download Sikuli IDE for Windows 32 bit

The IDE version provides you with a GUI enabling you to create and run the tests

API version is a set of libraries for programmers who can use it with
other IDE's like NetBeans, Eclipse and do scripting in their preferred
programming language

For starters, IDE is the better option
