Question #232217 on Sikuli changed:
https://answers.launchpad.net/sikuli/+question/232217

    Status: Open => Answered

RaiMan proposed the following answer:
In version 1.0.0 it is possible to create Patterns from BufferedImages
(but not thoroughly tested yet in all aspects).

So you could create BufferedImages in front, which are in memory and
then use:

Pattern patImage1 = new Pattern(bufImage1);

--- your question:
I wanted to have a packaged file with images stored in them and load them into
memory and then have my java application use a stream to reference the image

could you be more specific about how you would do that and what the
objects would be to be used by Sikuli?
