/home/$USER/local/lib and /home/$USER/local/include for non root installs.

Bug description:
1. Sikuli IDE 1.0.1 build 12SEP2013160242
2. 32-bit RHEL5
3. Start any test with the run button in the IDE and it crashes(no errors)
after/during trying to setup environment before the test.
