hgpayne posted a new comment: I had the proper version already. The problem was my failure to understand the instructions. I had to place the downloaded jar files in directory literally named "Downloads" for it to find and use them. I was placing them in the same 'download' directory as the setup jar file. Once I created the "Downloads" subdirectory and placed the jars in there, it worked fine.
