While trying to test something that includes a standard Facebook log in button - a touch smaller than this: http://www.zwentner.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/FBloginbutton.png - I noticed that Sikuli's text recognition doesn't find it. If I negate the palette (button turns orange, text turns black), it finds it. I thought it might relate to the version or settings of Tesseract, so I found http://www.malcolmhardie.com/ocr/, which proved able to find more text from the same image overall - and in particular, finds that Facebook button's text without messing the colours around. I'm happy to try to rebuild things to explore, but is this pale-on-dark something you'd expect to be working already?
