Did you get the download from here:
https://launchpad.net/sikuli/sikulix/1.0.1 and follow the instructions
("download in an empty folder and double-click - read carefully before
clicking any option")?
Some more information might help (what files, if any, did runsetup.cmd
generate? What options, if any, did you select?).
Whatever the case, it's worth re-downloading and trying again.
