Question #268580 on Sikuli changed: https://answers.launchpad.net/sikuli/+question/268580
RaiMan proposed the following answer: ok, I will try again to sort out: There are two branches that evolved over the last 5 years: - SikuliX represented now by http://sikulix.com (the original developers went out, I took over) this is the follow up of the original Sikuli versions 0.9.x - 0.10.x and finally ending up with SikuliX1.0rc3 pointers to the historic places are available on the above page the current Version is 1.1.0 (pre-final) - Sikuli Java API represented by http://lab.sikuli.org/about/ (one of the original developers of Sikuli) latest versions are from 2013 *** both branches are to some extent feature compatible, but NOT compatible at the usage nor any available API level. SikuliFirefoxDriver uses Sikuli Java API, but the mentioned OCR/text feature is from SikuliX. So you have to decide which branch you want to use. IMHO: no need to use SikuliFirefoxDriver. There are many examples in the net, that show how to combine Selenium and SikuliX at various usage and API levels. -- You received this question notification because you are a member of Sikuli Drivers, which is an answer contact for Sikuli. _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~sikuli-driver Post to : sikuli-driver@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~sikuli-driver More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
