RaiMan proposed the following answer:
switch to 1.1.0 and this will not happen.
if you do not want to:
check your setup again: SikuliX tries to load the 32-Bit dll versions in a Java
64-Bit.
Try to use SikuliX without using SIKULIX_HOME.
Might be, that on system path is a pointer to some Sikuli 32-bit libs folder.
