owen long posted a new comment: Thanks for Raiman's reminding and the detail instruction on user account of Alex. The install procedures on 3 PC are the same, did by one person with administrator account. Before the installation read through the quick start guide and follow it exactly. The difference is mainly the transmission speed when downloading the sikulix installation stuffs. The success one is connected to sikulix.com via vpn. and the rest two not. The internet transfer speed is very low on the two failed PC.
