are the image screenshots from the same environment as at the time of
running your test?
Be aware: SikuliX's search is pixel based
(see:
http://sikulix-2014.readthedocs.io/en/latest/basicinfo.html#sikulix-how-does-it-find-images-on-the-screen)
different render-situations can make images "non-findable"
