install has old location for tessseract

Bug description:
the download location in the install points to old location(see below) I
managed to copy tesseract-ocr-3.02.eng.tar.gz from the new location to
C:\Users\csher\AppData\Roaming\Sikulix\SikulixDownloads and reran setup as a
workaround . Am testing now.
tesseract-ocr has Moved!
