If Region Of Interest used match highlight incorrect

Bug description:
Hello:
In Java:
If I use a Region of Interest (partial page is searched), then the
Match Highlight will not surround my probe image.(Highlight only
surrounds partial image).
If I do not use a Region of Interest (whole page is searched), then
the Match Highlight matches the probe image as I captured it.
I have tested this with over 30 logo images.
