For what do you need that?
The wrapping jar in the current implementation is expanded to a temp folder, to
run it.
In 2.0.6 the solution will be a bit different.
But in both cases it should not be relevant, how the jar was created.
The solution is meant to be used in cases where you want to publish your script
while hiding the script code a bit.
If you really need the original script name, then you have to set it in
the script as a constant.
... but I am open for further discussion ;-)
