Hi Casey

Our company 2Vouch is an Aussie start-up that has build a job referral
site to do exactly what you've outlined below, but rather than just
forwarding an email - we have built a platform that allows the
advertiser and the referrer to track and monitor the job referrals
they make and receive - referrers receive rewards that they can take
in cash or donate to charity.

We recently posted an offer here http://tinyurl.com/6rjrbl for all
Aussie start-ups, basically the offer is free job listings and you
only pay if someone successfully refers a candidate to you that you
hire - and you only pay our cost price which is the referrer reward
which is between $1,400-$2,800 depending on the salary range of the
job.

We would really appreciate the support of this community in helping us
get this off the ground.

Cheers
