Hi,

I have a permanent position and recently have discovered that my
contract states that all Intellectual Property created, developed etc.
by me during my employment with the Company will immediately vest in
the Company. I'm working on my project that has nothing to do with
what company I currently work for does. I also plan to register a
company that will be based on that project. It looks like according to
the law ANY IP you produce will belong to the company you employed
with. Is that really the case? Does anybody knows the answer?

Thanks a lot!

Dennis
