We have used BeFree (www.befree.com.au) for all of the areas listed complemented by a local accounting firm (Murchisons) who do our tax returns and end of year financials.
BeFree uses CPA qualified accountants in India for all of the 'grunt' work, especially data entry, setting up payroll and bank payments, etc. Locally they have a CPA who supervises and checks all the output. We have been using them for more than a year and found it very cost- effective while the quality and accuracy has been excellent. As with any book keeping relationship, it takes a little while for them to understand your specific requirements and you need to do your own filing and faxing of paper invoices. They charge around $25 per hour and it ends up being almost half what we were previously paying a local book keeper. Murchisons have also been good and much more cost effective and responsive compared to the big CBD firm we were using previously.
