Hi Joshua TiE is an international organization that encourages entrepreneurship (and especially technology entrepreneurship) They have a chapter here in Sydney and have events on about once a month. One of the services they offer is matching up local startups with an experienced entrepreneur. Last time I chatted to them they were talking about the problem that they had more high caliber advisors volunteering than people seeking a mentor. Best person to reach out to is Murali Dharan, he is the president of the local chapter murali.dha...@sydney.tie.org or mobile: 0414 892361 As I understand it the service is free to members and membership is about $120 per year which give you free access to all their other events (but best to confirm that with Murali) TiE were supporters of the BootUp Camp that Bart Jellem, Kim Chen and I ran back in July and I have attended a couple of their events so happy to vouch for the organization and feel free to drop my name. Good luck and well done for seeking out an advisor, I wish more of our fellow startups would do it more.
