Also.. what do people put for "Explain why you cannot obtain financing from other sources."? I mean aren't there always other ways of financing commercialisation? They're just not as desirable as a repayable government grant. eg taking secuirty over personal assets, giving away equity, paying interest, granting veto rights etc. I'd imagine that most companies that are eligible via the other criteria would be able to obtain funding via some other route.
